LADWP E-Procurement System (LEPS)

Although anticipation has been building, Supply Chain Services extended the test phase for the new LADWP E-Procurement System (LEPS). The additional time allowed us to thoroughly test the system, identify issues, work through critical fixes, and implement enhancements.

Supplier training sessions will be offered in the upcoming months and training registration will be sent out through various communication channels.

· Go Live

LEPS is now targeted to go live this fall.

· LEPS Registration and Onboarding

You must register in LEPS to access and respond to LADWP contracting opportunities. For additional information, refer to LEPS Supplier FAQs.
